Job summary

Singtel is hiring a Bid Management professional to lead end-to-end bid processes, shaping strategies with Sales and Finance to win key opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive commercial terms across complex bids.

The role requires extensive bid experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate compelling value propositions to customers and partners globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies, IT Engineering or Economics.
• 8 years of related bid management experience.
• Project Management Skill and Contract Negotiation Skill
• Financial Analysis and Modelling
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and interpret data and present it clearly

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bidding pursuit process and ensure high quality proposals are submitted on time.
• Direct pursuit strategy to position the firm’s leadership and credentials to win new business.
• Engage with bid stakeholders, customers, overseas offices and partners for bid submission.
• Work with Sales to understand customer requirements and formulate bid win strategies.
• Manage and negotiate with partners and vendors on commitments and commercial terms.
• Ensure bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines; manage risk log and mitigation plan.
• Drive commercial strategy and manage customer contracts and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Finance to align pricing with strategy and secure internal approvals.
• Facilitate deal presentations and contract negotiations with customers.
• Assess commercial/contractual risks and maintain a risk register with mitigation plans.
• Monitor bid trends and report on current activities and future market trends.
• Support bid-related digitalisation initiatives and gather learnings from completed bids.
