Your Role & Impact:
You will be the trusted face of our brand. Your core mission is to listen deeply, provide genuine expert guidance, and create a welcoming space for every client.

We Value You: Your Compensation & Benefits
We reward excellence with a comprehensive package. A high-performing advisor can expect a total annual compensation of $50,000 to $70,000++, including:

• A stable base salary of $3,000 - $3,500 per month.

• Individual commission of 5% - 10% on your sales, typically adding $500 - $2,000+ monthly.

• A quarterly team bonus of $3,000 - $5,000, celebrating our collective wins.

• Annual Wage Supplement (13th month bonus).

• 14 days annual leave.

Your Schedule & Workplace:
Work a 5-day week with every Sunday off, plus one additional weekday for balance. Shifts run from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM. You’ll be placed at one of our flagship locations in Orchard, Novena, or Jurong; we will discuss your preference.
