Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end cloud service delivery across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. You will ensure SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and act as the main client liaison to address needs and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include monitoring cloud health with CloudWatch/Azure Monitor, governance and security, and regular service reviews with stakeholders. A strong DevOps and ITIL background is required, along with relevant AWS certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–5 years in service delivery management, with at least 3 years in cloud service delivery or cloud operations.
Strong technical background in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments and monitoring tools.
AWS certifications and related cloud certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud services across AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.
Act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and requests promptly.
Implement and monitor dashboards and tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) for real-time health visibility.
Lead governance, security, and compliance efforts across cloud environments.
Conduct regular service reviews and engage stakeholders to align with evolving requirements.
Coordinate resource and capacity planning to maintain performance and cost efficiency.
Document incidents, reporting, and cloud architecture procedures; drive continuous improvement.
