Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end cloud service delivery across AWS and Azure, ensuring SLAs, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary client contact, drive incident resolution, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

The role requires 4–5 years in service delivery with a strong cloud operations background, plus AWS/Azure/GCP knowledge and ITIL familiarity. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-5 years in service delivery management, with at least 3 years in cloud service delivery or cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud services across AWS or Azure environments, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary client contact for needs, concerns, and requests.
• Implement and monitor dashboards/tools to ensure real-time health and performance visibility of cloud environments.
• Lead regular service reviews with clients and communicate operational health and changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service adjustments meet evolving client requirements.
• Manage cloud resource allocation and capacity planning for optimal delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations; collaborate with security teams.
