Qualifications

• 4–5 years in service delivery management, with at least 3 years in cloud delivery/operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud services across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Be the primary client contact for ongoing needs and requests.
• Monitor health and performance with dashboards and tools; drive improvements.
