Job summary

Lenovo in Singapore is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud services, ensuring SLAs and high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Cybersecurity to maintain reliable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments across AWS and Azure.

The ideal candidate has a degree in CS/IT and 4–5 years in service delivery with 3+ years in cloud operations, plus strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4–5 years in service delivery management, with at least 3 years in cloud operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud services across AWS or Azure environments, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs promptly and professionally.
• Monitor health and performance with dashboards, driving incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Lead cost efficiency initiatives and FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend.
• Prepare service delivery reports with SLA/KPI tracking and incident metrics.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain governance and security controls.
