Job description

You will be providing comprehensive administrative support in both Division of Surgery and its sub‑specialty departments, to ensure smooth running of the day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and managing Division / Departments for administrative matters.
  • Designated sub‑specialty surgeons to support as personal assistant.
  • Medical Officers, Residents, and Senior Residents.
  • Managing monthly rosters and ensuring smooth daily operational workflow matters.
  • Administer day‑to‑day clinical operations – organizing and setting up weekly Tumour Board / Morbidity & Mortality meetings, medical report requests, incoming & outgoing MO administrative matters, etc.
  • Liaising with the MO in‑charge and main sub‑specialty/admin in‑charge of roster related matters.
  • Planning tutorial schedule for medical students.
  • Any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the head of department.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration.
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written), interpersonal, organizational and people skills.
  • A good team player who can also work independently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
