You'll play a pivotal role in advancing AI initiatives that directly impact patient care, clinical outcomes, and medical innovation throughout our network of hospitals and institutions.
We are seeking a Senior Assistant/Manager to drive the development and management of cluster-wide AI projects. You'll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation, coordinating with clinical teams, industry partners, and research institutes to bring cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to implementation.
You will manage multi-disciplinary AI projects across SingHealth, coordinating with AI theme Principal Investigators and collaborating with clinical, technical, operational, commercial, and educational teams to drive project success. Your responsibilities include maintaining the cluster AI master list, providing six-monthly reviews of funded projects with the Academic Medicine Innovation Institute and Academic Medicine Research Institute, and coordinating cluster AI research updates for the Joint Institutional Scientific Committee and advisory committee twice yearly. You'll support AI grant management by sourcing suitable funding opportunities, managing grant calls and budgets, and submitting reports to funding agencies. Additionally, you'll facilitate AI project commercialisation by liaising with the IP office, regulatory departments, and commercial partners to enable industry collaborations and implementation. Your role also encompasses AI health publicity initiatives, including managing online portal content, organising AI journal clubs and seminars, identifying showcase platforms for AI teams, and collaborating with Group Communications to publicise AI projects, publications, and achievements.
