We are seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager to play a strategic role in driving system optimisation, financial planning, and advanced analytics for Radiology Sciences SingHealth. This position leads cross-functional initiatives, oversees system implementation and enhancements, and collaborates with institutional finance units to harmonise pricing strategies.

You will spearhead system analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and deliver automation solutions, whilst overseeing process improvements across financial and operational workflows. The role involves leading system implementation projects, including planning and execution, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), and ensuring seamless configuration before Go-Live. After Go-Live, you will act as key liaison between project managers, Information Technology (IT) consultants, and stakeholders to drive continuous system optimisation. You will develop and implement centralised dashboards for cross-institutional performance benchmarking, design and deploy interactive dashboards for leadership decision-making, and deliver advanced analytics and operational metrics such as utilisation rates and scan duration to optimise resource allocation. Additionally, you will provide strategic input during meetings and retreats, and prepare high-level presentations and reports for leadership.
