Job description

We are supporting a fintech client in the search for a Senior Art Director (AI Production Designer) to work closely with their Creative Director. This role is highly execution-focused, responsible for bringing creative concepts to life using AI-driven video and imagery, while maintaining a strong foundation in traditional production craft.

You will play a key role in translating scripts, storyboards, and creative direction into polished, production-quality outputs using the latest AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute creative concepts developed by the Creative Director, ensuring high-quality visual output.
• Create AI-generated videos and images with a strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, camera angles, and production techniques.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering to accurately translate creative intent into visual execution.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and platforms, continuously exploring new capabilities.
• Reverse engineer existing visuals and ideas using AI to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
• Support the Creative Director primarily on execution, while contributing ideas where relevant.
• Bring scripts and storyboards to life, ensuring consistency, craft, and storytelling quality.

Requirements

• Background in traditional production (film, video, advertising, or visual production).
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and production craft.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI creative tools for video and image generation.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills.
