Overview

Our esteemed client in the Architectural industry is seeking a Architect/ Senior Architect to join their dynamic team.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Architect/ Senior Architect
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $9,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and implementation phases of sophisticated design solutions that reflect client goals while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline targets.
• Partner closely with diverse internal teams (e.g., concept creators, technical specialists, delivery coordinators) to develop and deliver forward-thinking, sustainable solutions for physical environments.
• Ensure all outputs rigorously comply with defined technical specifications, relevant regulatory standards, and applicable codes.
• Conduct on-site evaluations, cultivate and maintain key stakeholder relationships, and effectively present project proposals to decision-makers.
• Support organizational growth initiatives by identifying potential new ventures and contributing expertise to client engagement presentations.
• Proactively maintain expertise in current industry developments, evolving regulations, and established best practices relevant to physical structure development.

Job Requirements:

• At least a degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior or leadership role, with a QP licence.
• Strong understanding of design principles, building regulations, and construction practices.
• Proficient in CAD software, 3D modeling, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
