Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join the SMBF Production Management team. You will run and maintain the production environment for reconciliation applications, enabling Operations and Risk & Control users to serve clients confidently.

You will collaborate with APAC, EMEA and NAM teams to provide 24/7 coverage and work with Level 1, Application Technology Development, Infrastructure and Business Product owners to ensure stability.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Production Support experience.
• Experience in supporting reconciliation applications (including TLM) preferred.
• Good Unix/Linux and Shell scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for Citi users, resolving issues and driving stability.
• Maintain Production environments with high observability and resiliency.
• Partner with regional teams to provide stable Production Support coverage to the Business.
