Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking an Application Support Senior Analyst in Singapore to provide technical and business support for Citi’s fixed income trade capture system. You will liaise with global teams to ensure 24 x 5 coverage and participate in releases, testing, and disaster recovery activities.

The role requires 5–8 years in a support environment, strong UNIX/Linux and Oracle SQL knowledge, and familiarity with OpenShift, Kafka, and EMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in a support environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products, particularly Credit and Rates Derivatives Flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for mission critical trade capture system.
• Start of day checks and regional handover.
• Perform risk reconciliations and issue escalation with SLAs.
• Contribute to documentation and post-release checks.
• Act as liaison between traders, users, and tech teams.
• Participate in application releases and deployment to production.
• Ensure production issues are logged and tracked.
