Job summary

CITIBANK N.A. in Singapore seeks an Apps Support Sr Analyst to partner with technology teams for seamless integration and to drive resolution of production incidents. The role requires deep domain knowledge in front office applications, futures and electronic execution, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

You will mentor junior staff, document system impacts with stakeholders, and help mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory controls. Weekend rotation is involved.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Front office application support.
• Prior experience in Futures Execution platforms is preferred.
• Prior experience in Electronic Execution is mandatory.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions and define enhancements.
• Own production incident resolution and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document impacts.
• Identify risks and security issues; communicate impact and mitigation options.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Escalate and manage control issues with transparency and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Participate in a weekend support rotation schedule.
