Qualifications

• 5–8 years in front office application support.
• Futures Execution platforms experience preferred.
• Electronic Execution experience mandatory.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to integrate functions and drive system enhancements.
• Drive production incident resolution and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts on impacts and support requirements.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues; propose mitigations.
• Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions.
• Participate in weekend rotation and on-call coverage.
