PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a senior software analyst to perform root cause analysis on incidents across applications, batch processes and connectivity, and to propose remediation solutions.

You will prioritize defects for quarterly releases, develop and test programs, support SIT/UAT, and ensure production deployments include risk and impact assessments. Strong Java/Spring Boot and API/Microservices experience is required, with knowledge of Open Payment Framework a must.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience maintaining/managing applications in Java, ReactJS, Python, Oracle, Solaris, RedHat Linux, JBOSS, Openshift, Apache, cloud-based development, MQ systems and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of FIS OPF (Open Payment Framework) for troubleshooting and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform root cause analysis on incidents and provide remediation solutions.
• Prioritize defects and plan production releases by criticality or quarterly roadmap.
• Develop programs and support SIT/UAT; prepare for production deployment.
• Maintain production stability with risk and impact assessments for deployments.
• Follow up on defect closures and share learnings across QA and development teams.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems; troubleshoot and upgrade existing software.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
