Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Profile with extensive experience in Application Support & Production Operations for the Payment platforms. The role focuses on delivering functional and technical support, incident resolution, and proactive platform monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with container-based deployments, Unix/Linux environments, and solid knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging and payment platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in banking application support.
• Experience in international banking/financial services preferred.
• Strong expertise in payment platforms or similar applications.
• Hands-on container-based deployments and operations.
• Solid understanding of payment messaging standards and ISO 20022.
• Strong Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the payment platform.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
• Ensure SLAs are met and communicated to stakeholders.
• Manage containerised operations and automate configuration.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and deployments; track versions.
• Investigate payment failures and reconciliation issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting in Unix/Linux environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for issues across the platform.
