Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Java/OSS tech lead for production support and application development. You will troubleshoot complex issues across Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices, while supporting the FIS Open Payment Framework in a production environment.

The role involves coordinating SIT/UAT testing, validating fixes and managing production releases with cross-functional teams, vendors and QA.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
Strong hands-on experience with Java ecosystem and modern frameworks.
Experience with production support, incident/problem management and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

Perform root cause analysis and remediation of application, batch, database and connectivity issues.
Develop, maintain and troubleshoot applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.
Support FIS Open Payment Framework (OPF), including defect remediation and production deployment.
Coordinate SIT/UAT validation and production releases based on defect priority.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot across databases, middleware, OS and messaging platforms.
Manage incident, problem and defect lifecycles with timely closure KPIs.
Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure teams and vendors to maintain production stability.
