Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to lead analysis for regional payment projects. You will work with cross-functional teams on design, requirements, and implementation while ensuring alignment with regulatory and payment messaging standards.

The role requires 6–7 years in system/technical analysis, strong documentation skills, and experience with SDLC of large live systems. Knowledge of CBPR+ and SWIFT formats is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 6–7 years of experience in system and/or technical analysis.
• Hands‑on experience in functional specification and technical design specification preparation.
• Experience in Full-SDLC with medium to large-scale live system implementation.
• Strong verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear documentation.
• Strong vendor management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project planning and managing small-scale teams will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis on a Regional Payment Solutions Project, understanding system architecture and end-to-end flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, functional design, and technical design through project initiation to post-implementation support.
• Propose alternative solutions to enhance performance while aligning with industry best practices.
• Develop and review technical specifications and design documentation to meet requirements.
• Manage vendors, facilitate quality reviews, and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Review test strategies and plans, including Unit, System, SIT, and UAT.
• Support testing during SIT, UAT, and post-implementation.
• Analyze SDLC processes and recommend continuous improvements with reporting to stakeholders.
