Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and 10+ years in software development.
• Strong skills in shell scripting, Java, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and containers.
• Experience with Agile development and Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support and understand the 3-tier architecture and interfaces.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and production issue resolution.
• Analyze issues raised by users or monitoring systems.
• Perform impact analysis and propose workaround solutions.
• Lead DR simulations/live DR exercises to meet RTO.
• Define monitoring requirements and prevent issues proactively.
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
