Job summary

WeAreAspire is seeking a proactive Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across APAC from Singapore. You will identify and secure B2B clients, build strategic partnerships, and work with cross-functional teams to scale opportunities.

In this founding APAC team, you will report to senior leadership, shape regional strategy, and travel within Singapore and APAC as needed. The role offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions and strong networking

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Experience in event tech, MICE, IT equipment rentals, or B2B tech solutions.
• Willing to travel within Singapore and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients (event agencies, organizers, corporations).
• Manage opportunities from outreach to closing in the CRM.
• Build long-term partnerships with event registration software vendors and technology providers.
• Represent the company at industry events and gather market intelligence.
