Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced events leader to set APAC strategy, drive execution, and manage executive visits across the region, delivering high-profile client engagements in multiple markets.

You will partner with Marketing, Corporate Services, Security, Compliance and senior stakeholders to design, coordinate and optimize events from concept to post-event review, leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of events management experience, preferably in financial services or B2B marketing.
• Experience managing complex events across APAC, including client events, senior leadership engagements, and executive visits.
• Excellent understanding of Markets-related events and ability to support fast-paced, high-profile programs aligned to commercial objectives.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across countries, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
• With executive presence and experience working with senior leaders, including the ability to manage sensitive logistics, shifting priorities, and high expectations with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Experience in budget management, invoice processing, and vendor negotiations, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Proficiency with event technology platforms such as Cvent, Salesforce, Workfront, ON24, virtual event platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
• AI proficiency and comfort using AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, content development, audience engagement, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC events strategy aligned to business goals.
• Plan and run Executive Visits across APAC with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee Markets-focused events and thought leadership programs.
• End-to-end event planning: venue, contracts, AV, catering, logistics.
• Partner with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Security, Compliance, Risk.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, negotiations.
• Ensure governance, brand standards, and risk controls.
• Leverage AI tools for planning, targeting, reporting.
• Measure outcomes and report ROI.
