Job summary

WeAreAspire, a premier global engagement experiential agency, seeks an events professional to lead virtual, hybrid, and live events across APAC. You will manage budgets, create itineraries, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to deliver profitable experiences.

Responsibilities include pre/post-event briefings, vendor negotiations, and mentoring the project team to maintain exceptional standards of delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in meetings/events
• Strong budget management and financial control
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationships
• Deep knowledge of APAC venues, hotels, suppliers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of virtual, hybrid and live events, including planning and budgeting.
• Conduct pre/post-event briefings and build strong client relationships.
• Manage project budgets, income and expenditures for profitability.
• Delegate tasks, mentor project teams and uphold high execution standards.
