Job summary

Pixalate is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (Singapore) to lead post-sale outcomes and grow our client portfolio in EMEA from a remote setup in Singapore. You will build strong client relationships, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate with sales, product and engineering to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer success or technical account roles within SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, agencies or publishers, BA/BS degree, strong Excel and Salesforce skills, and

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in client-facing customer success, technical account management or technical sales in ad tech.
• Proven ability to manage time and deadlines under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to communicate with client orgs and internal teams.
• Experience with ad-tech terminology and platforms (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges).

Responsibilities

• Present Pixalate solutions to key clients in the programmatic ecosystem.
• Maintain awareness of client needs and opportunities for expansion.
• Drive customer success outcomes: retention, expansion, churn reduction, advocacy.
• Ensure product adoption and account health; act as a consultant to clients.
• Oversee onboarding, training, support, business reviews and renewals.
