Job summary

Pixalate is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager (Singapore) to manage strategic client relationships across the programmatic ecosystem from a remote Singapore base. You will drive adoption, retention and value, aligning client goals with Pixalate solutions while working with SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, agencies and publishers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in client-facing customer success, technical account management or technical sales in ad tech ecosystems.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Experience with ad-tech ecosystem terminology and operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Present Pixalate solutions to key clients within the programmatic ecosystem.
• Maintain awareness of client needs and opportunities for expansion.
• Understand competitive landscape and industry developments.
• Drive customer success outcomes: retention, expansion and account health.
• Act as a consulting extension to the client organization.
