Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and at least 3 years of experience in customer success or similar roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, along with English and Chinese/Japanese speaking skills, are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing customer success or technical sales roles.
• Ability to maintain poise under stress while resolving issues.
