  • Monitor aged receivables, prepare monthly AR reports, and track outstanding balances.
  • Manage customer queries, addressing billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Support annual audits of banker’s guarantees and reviews of cash security deposits.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as cleansing inactive customer accounts.
  • Investigate unidentified transactions, receipts, and recoverable balance sheet items.
  • Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate monthly closing activities.
  • Assist in preparing monthly schedules to support audit and tax reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and collection challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations and provide audit support.
  • Assist in compiling quarterly government surveys.
  • Guide and mentor junior accounts receivable staff.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
