Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling full sets of accounts: AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Preparing financial reports and audit documents.
• Acting as the main liaison with external stakeholders.
• Ensuring full compliance with all finance and tax filing requirements.
• Managing payroll, CPF submissions, IR8A, leave tracking, and work pass applications.
• Overseeing office matters like lease renewal, insurance, and liaising with IT vendors.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
