Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, candidate will be responsible for day-to-day activities in the Accounts Receivable role, which includes daily sales collection from respective departments, recording up-to-date bookkeeping into SAP system and handling parking income and donations.

Responsibilities
  • Daily sales collection from various Business Units
  • Collecting & booking entries of cash/cheques/net & credit card slips from BO, DRC, pharmacy, Dialysis Centre, CHC etc.
  • Coordinating with courier service on weekly cash bag hand over.
  • Matching collections via different payment modes with bank statement to ensure accuracy and completeness of the banking amount.
  • Parking and Season parking
  • Updating pre-collected season parking/hourly parking into excel sheet. Monthly charge out the prepaid season parking fee.
  • Reconciling monthly season parking fee collected versus the season parking schedule from Operations.
  • Donation
  • Coordinating and arranging collection of donation box at Triage, Ward 1 & Ward 3 with various department staff to witness the opening.
  • Processing monthly Giro deduction, updating the status monthly using bank reports.
  • Downloading bank statement & donation reports from various platforms.
  • Keying/uploading entries for all donations into SAP and donation management system
  • Preparing “Thank You” letters & receipts and sending emails for donation witness opening to various department.
  • SMF Pre-accrual sales confirmation

Requirements
  • Diploma in Finance/Accounting with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or related industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Possess strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
