Senior Accounts and HR Executive - Job Description

Our company is a leading omni-channel distribution company in Singapore, with B2B and B2C distribution across retail, e-commerce, live-stream, and TV Home Shopping.

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced individual to oversee the Finance and HR functions of our organization. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient execution of processes across departments and handle comprehensive financial and HR matters.

We will be relocating to 33 Vertax Ubi Avenue 3 in June 2025!

Responsibilities
  • Full set accounts and month-end financial reporting.
  • Prepare account schedules and management reports.
  • Develop the annual budget and quarterly forecasts with detailed financial data analysis, and optimize organizational expenses.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare/review month-end balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account supporting schedules, and internal control.
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission and income tax schedule.
  • Preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • Liaise with auditors for audit matters and schedules, tax agents, company secretary, insurance, and banks.
  • Monitor and manage inventory.
  • Manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration.
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files in the Payroll System (Info-Tech).
  • Perform general HR administrative functions, such as liaising with agents for work pass application & renewal, preparation of appointment/confirmation letters, recruitment, and insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation.
  • Submission of government‑paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and other government‑related claims.
  • Handle MOM labor market surveys, etc.
  • Timely submission of CPF contributions, IR21, and yearly income tax filing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • In‑depth knowledge of HR, Finance, and Administration policies and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Info-Tech, and MoneyWorks.
