About Us

We are a growing F&B group in Singapore operating under two GST-registered companies. Our portfolio includes six restaurants and a food supply business. To support our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive to manage the group’s full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Accounting & Reporting
    • Handle full sets of accounts for the group, covering multiple outlets and the central supply unit.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
    • Generate outlet-level P&L reports and provide analysis on performance trends, variances, and profitability.
    • Consolidate accounts for management review and decision-making.
  • Tax & Compliance
    • Prepare and submit GST filings for both GST-registered entities in accordance with IRAS guidelines.
    • Ensure accurate recording of input and output tax, and maintain proper documentation for audits.
    • Stay updated on changes in Singapore tax, CPF, and MOM regulations, ensuring full compliance.
  • Daily Operations & Controls
    • Check and verify daily sales transactions across all outlets, including NETS, credit cards, cash, and online payments.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of postings.
    • Review supplier invoices, handle payments to vendors, and reconcile statements of accounts.
    • Oversee petty cash and monitor outlet-level expenses.
  • Payroll & Staff Contributions
    • Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees across the outlets and HQ.
    • Handle statutory contributions such as CPF and SDL, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.
  • System & Process Management
    • Install, configure, and manage AutoCount accounting software, ensuring proper integration with POS systems and bank feeds.
    • Train staff on using AutoCount where necessary, and generate required reports from the system.
    • Work with management to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting systems.
  • Banking & Cash Flow
    • Monitor group-wide cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for daily operations.
    • Liaise with banks on transactions, facilities, and reconciliation matters.
    • Provide regular cash flow forecasts to management.
  • Management Support
    • Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    • Provide timely financial analysis to support strategic decisions, outlet expansion, or new business ventures.
    • Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities when required.

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and local accounting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCount accounting software (installation, setup, and daily usage required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial analysis.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with management, auditors, suppliers, and staff.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Independent, but also a strong team player who can work across multiple outlets.
