Job summary

A global data and marketing company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage client relationships and campaign delivery. Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working on APAC & IN markets will be a plus.

How You’ll Make an ImpactCoordinate client interactions, campaign delivery, relationship building, and media recommendations for success.What You’ll Achieve

  • Be the main point of contact for all client’s daily communication and oversight; own overall client happiness and proactively find opportunities.
  • Work with the Senior Account Manager to optimize, retain, and up-sell business.
  • Build effective client relationships as acts as a day-to-day partner; working with them to achieve their marketing objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship.
  • Own projects from briefs to execution with support from the senior account manager when needed.
  • Be a committed, responsible and confident leader of projects, who can work independently and as part of the wider team.
  • Brief creative, operations and third parties to ensure all parties are fully equipped with the required information and expectations are strictly met.
  • Help to manage client finance processes.
  • Attend weekly client meetings and action client requests and briefs in a timely manner.
  • Own day-to-day client communication, including weekly reports.
  • Always provide the standard of service to the client that meets and exceeds client expectations.

    • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
    • 5 – 6 years of working experience, preferably within an advertising agency and/or technology experience.
    • Experience working on APAC & IN markets will be a plus.
