Responsibilities
  • Provide scheduling and secretarial support to Director/Dy Director, Clinical Research Unit (CRU), including managing calendars of CRU Director and Dy Director, process claims and payments as necessary, as well as assist with travel arrangements for Director and department on work-related trips as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the department such as purchases, maintain and track departmental assets/equipment and loan items/software, coordinate departmental meetings and minutes writing, maintain proper filing system in the department and shared drives, maintain department's shared email accounts, intranet pages, assist with archival of documents, manage mails and courier, etc.
  • Provide grant/funding administration support as necessary e.g. purchasing, checking and tracking of claims, filing.
  • Assist with organizing research-related events such as Journal Clubs, Research Forums, Research Workshops, Research Competition, Visiting Experts.
  • Provide secretariat support to various research initiatives e.g. NHGP Research Attachment, CRU Research Assistance applications.
  • Assist with generating reports and data as necessary for research projects and KPI tracking.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/ or Director, CRU
Requirements
  • Diploma with good credits in English and Mathematics
