Job description
    As a SEM Campaign Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing paid search strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client or stakeholder communications, updates, and expectations. Your role will involve overseeing campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting, ensuring that budgets, bids, and pacing are monitored to meet performance targets. Additionally, you will conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and recommend targeting enhancements, while analyzing campaign performance to deliver insights and actionable recommendations.To excel in this role, you should have 1-2+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in an agency or multi-account environment. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, keyword strategies, and bidding models is essential, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in managing client relationships or stakeholder updates. You should also be proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines accurately and efficiently.Preferred qualifications include experience with ecommerce or lead generation campaigns, familiarity with feed-based advertising such as Shopping and Performance Max, understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modeling, and a background in working with cross-functional teams or managing junior campaign specialists.In return, we offer competitive compensation, ownership of key accounts, the opportunity to collaborate closely with strategy and performance teams, and a dynamic, data-driven marketing environment.
