Role involves deep collaboration with product teams, POV/POC engagements, and content creation to articulate the value of our security stack.

Qualifications

• Ability to present complex technical data concisely to diverse audiences, including executives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities for multifaceted technical challenges.
• Proven track record of cross‑functional relationships and stakeholder alignment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security concepts and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales cycle, focusing on prospecting, discovery, and defense of solutions during negotiation.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and desired outcomes.
• Utilize targeted demonstrations to validate solution alignment with customer direction.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations on the technical value of Idira’s machine identity security solutions.
• Provide strategic oversight for solutions engineering activities, including deep‑dive demonstrations, POVs, and POCs.
• Author high‑quality technical content, including architectural diagrams and presentations.
• Relay customer requirements and market trends to Product and Solutions teams to drive innovation.
• Represent Idira at trade shows and webinars to build brand authority.
