Job summary

LRQA LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a Business Development Manager for Assessment Services focused on Singapore and Malaysia. You will build a robust pipeline for management system certifications and related services, engaging with QHSE, sustainability, compliance and operations leaders to drive new logos and cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong commercial sense, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle with disciplined CRM and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Experience selling ISO management system certifications or sustainability/GHG services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new certification/assessment opportunities across target sectors in Malaysia.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with 3x annual sales target coverage.
• Proactively prospect via direct outreach, associations, regulators and partners.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close and maintain accurate CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams for lead generation and proposals.
