Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Regional L&D Manager to lead learning and development initiatives, oversee HRBP guidance, and partner with business leaders on learning matters.

The role requires 8+ years of L&D experience, with expertise in needs analysis, programme design, facilitation and adult learning principles. You will drive competency frameworks, governance, and budgets to support organisational capability and growth across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive L&D experience with learning & development initiatives.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual learning plans.
• Experience establishing and governing L&D policies, processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the organisation's Learning & Development strategy and governance across the group.
• Lead competency frameworks, proficiency standards and career development pathways.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify capability gaps and priorities through TNA.
• Oversee LMS administration, reporting, and user experience improvements.
• Manage L&D budgets and monitoring of training grants and cost controls.
• Establish procedures and controls for consistent learning delivery and documentation.
