Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the sales team by building market outreach, developing customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities for Enterprise Networks in Southeast Asia.

You will conduct market research, initiate contact with prospects, qualify opportunities, and collaborate on value propositions and demonstrations, while tracking activities in the CRM. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Understanding of customer drivers, market trends, and sales processes.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect: identify potential customers from banks and financial institutions.
• Outreach: initiate contact with prospects through various channels.
• Qualification: assess buying interest, needs, timelines, and roles.
• Presentation: work with sales to structure value propositions and product demos.
• Relationship building: nurture early-stage buyers and answer queries.
• Performance tracking: log sales activities in CRM (SFDC).
