Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Singapore to identify, pursue and secure new clients for the Professional Information Business suite. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads and building early-stage relationships to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales Directors, Account Executives and Sales Specialists, maintain CRM records and contribute to campaigns across target segments, while meeting activity and pipeline targets in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication across phone, email and video.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Teams; Salesforce/LinkedIn Navigator preferred.
• Ability to influence and advance the sales process; upsell capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Call current and prospective clients to set up meetings for the Professional Information Business suite.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, Account Executives and Specialists to create campaigns and generate qualified leads.
• Identify and qualify new leads to meet revenue goals.
• Build internal relationships across Data Strategy, Product, Marketing and Sales.
• Maintain records of calls, contacts and campaigns in the CRM.
