Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the Enterprise Networks sales team in SE Asia. The role focuses on market outreach, developing customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities within a SEA regional scope.

The two-year contract involves prospecting banks and financial institutions, conducting market research, and coordinating product demos and proofs of concept with the sales team. Travel is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across levels and channels.
• Willingness to travel frequently at short notice.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant sales/BD role.
• University degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers in Enterprise Networks within SE Asia.
• Initiate contact with prospects through multiple channels.
• Qualify opportunities by assessing needs, timeline, and stakeholder roles.
• Collaborate with sales to structure value propositions and product demos/POCs.
• Nurture early-stage buyer relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Track all activities and stages in the CRM (SFDC).
