A growing company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure products and services meet established quality standards. Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the factory on quality issues relating to spare parts.
  • Collaborate with related departments on quality issues and improvements.
  • Work with logistics on warehouse activities related to quality improvements.
  • Identify potential quality issues or improvements from customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Test products or services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document testing results and maintain records for analysis.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
  • Report on quality metrics and performance to management.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
