ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Go-To-Market Program Manager to lead JAPAC Network Security GTM initiatives and accelerate customer acquisition, adoption, and renewals.

The role partners with Product, Sales, and Enablement teams to drive scalable programs, prioritization, and data-driven decisions across the SASE portfolio. Hybrid work with 3 days in office in Singapore. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in GTM or related functions, with cybersecurity experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in GTM Strategy, Sales Ops, or related functions.
• Experience in technology, enterprise software, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity environments.
• Cybersecurity industry experience in Network Security or SASE is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute scalable GTM programs that generate demand across the SASE portfolio.
• Support moves like new customer acquisition, platform consolidation, cross-sell, upsell, migrations and renewals.
• Track program performance and optimize for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Channel, CS, Finance and Operations to deliver programs.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to enhance account research, campaigns, and reporting.
