Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking an on-site GTM Strategy & Ops Lead for APJ in Singapore. You will be the first GTM ops leader in APJ, building the operating cadences, territory models, and forecasting processes to enable rapid, sustainable growth.

You will partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to shape how the region scales. You bring 15+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth tech firm, with deep experience in SaaS and consumption-based models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth tech company.
• Built operational infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment.
• Experience at a SaaS or consumption-based company with forecasting, metrics and territory design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded GTM strategy and operations partner for APJ sales and GTM team.
• Build core operating infrastructure from scratch — forecasting cadences, pipeline reviews, territory design, quotas, visibility.
• Drive regional business reviews and analyses to identify trends and inform GTM decisions at leadership level.
• Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategy and resource plans.
• Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales performance and align with business objectives.
• Lead high-impact regional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across APJ revenue organization.
• Ensure alignment between APJ GTM and global Rev Ops and strategy function.
