Job summary

ServiceNow in Singapore seeks a Growth Products GTM & Program Manager for APAC. You will own the GTM strategy and regional programs for Security and Identity solutions, AI-powered productivity tools, and AICT across APAC, driving pipeline and adoption.

You will work with global product teams, field sales, and marketing to translate strategy into APAC-appropriate plays, and lead cross-functional execution to accelerate AI-native opportunities in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total work experience with 5+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, product GTM, or program management in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience running go-to-market programs for emerging or recently launched enterprise products.
• Ability to translate global GTM strategies into APAC-ready programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM programs for APAC across multiple products.
• Design regional landing plans and enable field teams with APAC-contextualized plays and pipeline programs.
• Drive sales activation and field readiness across APAC markets for growth products.
• Build and deliver enablement kits and competitive positioning for field teams.
• Lead AI-native selling adoption and track APAC pipeline targets.
• Maintain clear view of pipeline health, top opportunities, and program risks.
