Job summary

Visa Worldwide PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tech Partnerships PMO to lead complex, cross-functional programs for strategic clients in Tech Partnerships. You will own program governance, translate client objectives into delivery plans, and drive faster go-to-market timelines across global markets.

The role requires 10+ years in program management within payments or fintech, and strong stakeholder engagement. Minimum 3 days in the office in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in program/project management within payments, fintech, or technology environments.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs, ideally involving product launches or market expansions.
Strong understanding of payments ecosystems; VisaNet knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams for Tech Partnership clients, including global fintechs, BigTechs, and hyperscalers.
Execute strategic initiatives such as new product launches, platform integrations, and market expansions.
Champion faster GTM delivery models and drive disciplined execution balancing speed, quality, and risk.
