LinkedIn is hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for APAC Marketing Solutions in Singapore. The role is hybrid and located in Singapore, working with senior sales leaders to shape go-to-market strategy and optimize operations.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role.
2+ years of business experience leveraging SQL and Excel.
BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Advise senior sales leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses with data-driven recommendations.
Perform complex data analysis and share insights using SQL, Tableau, Salesforce.
Lead end-to-end territory planning and quota setting process.
Lead operational projects with regional/global impact (territory planning, forecast modeling, process improvement).
Build relationships with GTM Operations and cross-functional teams like Finance and Pricing.
Collaborate with Systems and Business Analytics to streamline processes and embed AI.
