Job summary

Cursor is hiring its first GTM operations leader in APJ, based in Singapore, to build the operational groundwork for a high-growth SaaS business. You will partner directly with the President of APJ and GTM leadership to stand up core cadences, forecasting processes, and territory/coverage models that enable rapid, scalable growth across APJ.

This high-ownership role requires credibility earned through rigor, hands-on execution, and the ability to shape how a world-class GTM operation comes

Qualifications

• 15+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy at high-growth tech firms.
• Partnered with GTM leadership to shape priorities and credibility.
• Built operating infrastructure in early-stage or scaling environments.
• Experience in SaaS sales forecasting, metrics, and territory design.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; guides regional growth strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing territories, comp plans, quotas; Salesforce fluent.

Responsibilities

• Embed GTM strategy and operations with APJ sales leadership.
• Build core infra from scratch: forecasting cadences, reviews, territory design, quotas.
• Drive regional reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Enablement, Data to shape APJ/ANZ GTM strategy.
• Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales performance.
• Lead high-impact regional projects to improve efficiency across APJ.
• Align APJ GTM with global RevOps for alignment and best practices.
• Hire and lead a team across APJ.
