Job summary

Microsoft Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Activation GTM Director for Security in ASEAN to accelerate revenue growth and improve field agility. You will partner across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success and partners to optimize pipelines and drive data-driven decisions at scale.

The role requires a thought leader who can remove roadblocks, align processes and tools, and translate strategic priorities into local execution while enabling One Microsoft.

Qualifications

• 10+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related work experience.
• Equivalent experience may substitute formal education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Play GTM Managers and Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays and develop clear execution plans.
• Influence field teams, sales operations, marketing plans and change management to translate priorities into local actions.
• Lead Sales Activation and champion solution plays, connecting sales and marketing execution across segments.
• Collaborate with Partner teams for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation.
• Advocate the customer, partners and field voice to identify gaps and improve GTM plans.
• Drive insights, learnings and blockers for leaders and sellers and optimize investments and resources.
