Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Growth Products GTM & Program Manager for APAC. You will own regional go-to-market strategies for security, identity, AI-powered productivity, and AICT initiatives, partnering with product, sales, and marketing to accelerate adoption and pipeline growth across India, Asia, Korea, and ANZ.

You will lead multi-product programs, drive field readiness, and align partner channels to achieve measurable pipeline targets, while reporting progress to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 10 years total work experience with 5+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, product GTM, or program management in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience running go-to-market programs for emerging or recently launched enterprise products including sales enablement and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GTM program for Armis, Veza, Moveworks, and AICT across APAC. Translate strategy into APAC-contextualized plays and pipeline programs.
• Drive sales activation and field readiness across APAC markets with enablement programs, landing kits, and competitive positioning.
• Lead AI-native sales acceleration across the APAC field and track adoption with regional stakeholders.
• Build and manage program cadences across growth products, maintain pipeline health and identify risks.
• Partner with Marketing to co-design demand generation programs and ensure marketing investment aligns with target moments and accounts.
• Coordinate with partner teams to integrate channel into GTM motions and ensure partner-sourced pipeline is tracked.
• Represent the growth portfolio in APAC reviews and leadership forums with data-backed recommendations.
• Serve as APAC voice to global product and GTM teams, surfacing market intelligence and feedback.
