SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Specialist - 6 months contract

This SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Specialist role involves configuring, optimising and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, working closely with HR and technical stakeholders in Singapore. The Specialist will drive system enhancements, resolve functional issues and provide user training and documentation throughout the process.

Our client is a prominent healthcare organisation committed to strengthening its HR operations through SAP ERP solutions. They are focused on enhancing HR processes, system efficiency, and user experience, partnering with experienced consultants to drive meaningful HR technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Central Configuration & Customisation
    • Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet specific business requirements
    • Ensure all configurations align with HR policies, compliance needs and system best practices
    • Support system maintenance, updates and periodic releases
  2. System Enhancements & Process Improvements
    • Analyse existing HR processes to identify gaps and optimisation opportunities
    • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
    • Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure new processes align with business objectives
  3. Issue Resolution & Technical Support
    • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve functional issues
    • Provide timely fixes and recommendations to minimise operational disruption
    • Track, document, and analyse issues to identify recurring trends and improvement areas
  4. Training, Documentation & User Support
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to guide end-users on EC functionalities and new features
    • Offer ongoing support to HR and business users, addressing queries and system-related issues
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, processes, updates and maintenance activities
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Ability to work onsite in Singapore throughout the 6-month contract.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in issue resolution, system configuration, and documentation.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (especially Employee Central) will be an added advantage.
